-Do they offer a maintenance package on your website? This is so they can update your site regularly to keep it up at the top of the ranks. If they do not offer this it is a signal to not do business with them.

-Although getting a company to build your SEO site can be expensive the less is more technique applies. Even though they may offer a high price for quality does not mean that they will do a proper job on your SEO site.
